Just read a little through this. The Justice Department filed a nationwide lawsuit alleging a great many things. One of which caught my eye. CVS was, through its staffing and other policies, making it impossible for pharmacists to keep up with their metrics and legal obligations at the same time.
Who could imagine corporations putting professionals in a position where they’d have to violate their legal obligations? I’m sure it’s never happened in court reporting (sarcasm).

This comment probably won’t get posted because my last one didn’t but I’ll try again. I’m not saying the court reporting firms made the reporters illegally boycott me and my businesses.But they played the reporters like a fiddle . I read somewhere in the discovery documents or maybe it was a filing that my hands weren’t clean and I say BULLSHIT. That’s why I welcome my deposition being taken unlike the defendants . If anybody’s hands are unclean you need not look further than yourselves the reporters who said proudly ” Hell Yes we did” and “he has no work because he bit the hand that feeds him”
